Stephen’s Fundraising Journey for Aspire Ireland

This is a page for you to follow Stephen’s road to Kilkenny 30k in aid of Aspire – The Autism Spectrum Association of Ireland.

After being recently diagnosed with autism, Stephen found the support of the autistic community deeply heartwarming. In January 2025, he challenged himself to run his first 5K in years and was surprised by how much it helped him regulate. Then came the Drogheda 10K in May 4th. He’s now aiming for the Glen to Glen half marathon in Wicklow at the end of May, and a 30K run in the Kilkenny Medieval Marathon this September.

This year’s goal is the 30K run in the Kilkenny Medieval Marathon this September.
