A space that starts where diagnosis ends.
Getting a diagnosis can feel like the end of a long road. But for many autistic and neurodivergent adults, it is actually the beginning of a very different set of questions.
Who am I now? What does this mean for my life? Where do I find people who actually understand?
Starting August 2026, Aspire Ireland is launching a free fortnightly support circle specifically designed for that moment – and everything that comes after it.
What is the Support Circle?
A fortnightly support circle for autistic and neurodivergent adults — whether you are newly diagnosed, exploring whether you might be autistic, self-identified, or simply looking for a community where you feel genuinely understood.
Facilitated by neuroaffirming counsellor and psychotherapist Lyndsey Redmond, this is a warm and inclusive space to explore the things that often go unspoken after a diagnosis.
What will we explore?
Each session brings together learning, open discussion, practical tools and peer connection — always in a calm and supportive environment.
Topics include:
- Understanding autism and neurodiversity
- Processing diagnosis and identity
- Sensory needs and self-regulation
- Masking and autistic burnout
- Communication and relationships
- Self-advocacy and accommodations
- Strengths, interests and wellbeing
- Building connection and community
There is no pressure to speak, share anything personal, or take part in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Who is this for?
This circle is open to:
- Newly diagnosed autistic adults
- Adults exploring whether they may be autistic
- Self-identified autistic adults
- Late diagnosed adults
- Neurodivergent adults seeking connection and support
You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
