Aspire Designs is proud to offer the autistic community in Ireland access to the Healthy Food Made Easy (HFME) Programme.
Healthy Food Made Easy is an interactive and enjoyable cooking and nutrition course designed for autistic adults aged 18 and over. Running for 6 to 8 weeks, the programme helps participants develop practical life skills in a calm, structured, and supportive environment.
